Tapes

Haberdashery tapes are manufactured by us from textured polypropylene polyester, in a wide range of colours and weaves; the basing ones of which being the linen and herringbone ones. The standard production colour is black and white but, on demand, we are capable of execution of any colour agreed upon with the Client. Per standard, the products are packaged on reels, at the amounts specified in the table; for the industrial quantities, we package on big returnable reels. The main receivers of haberdashery tapes are the manufacturers of sleeping mattresses, upholstery furniture, garden furniture and cloth sewing plants.

Load carrying tapes – available in a wide range of weaves, widths, colours and wounds. The parameters of extensibility, rigidity and thickness are agreed upon with the Client. The basic raw material is polypropylene silk, BCF (Bulked Continuous Filament) polypropylene yarns. Load carrying tapes are used, most frequently, in the furniture industry, leather-making, advertising and in the tourist product manufacture.

Rubbers

Haberdashery rubbers – we manufacture rubbers in the knitting system on the most modern multi-outlet knitting machines or rubbers of the circular sections on stitching plating machines. They are available at widths from 5 mm up to 200 mm or at the diameter from 5 mm up to 8 mm, in a wide range of colours and tensions. The raw material composition covers the highest quality latex threads and textured polyester.

Cords

Strings – we manufacture mainly for the mattress industry purposes, the upholstery furniture production in its wide sense, and the garden furniture production. The basic raw material are polypropylene silk and textured polyester. The strings provided with a core are hardened with a polypropylene unwoven fabric and/or BCF yarns. There is a possibility to manufacture a string in any colour agreed upon and at the diameter within the range from 2 mm up to 10 mm. We are capable of cutting the product thermally.
